Our Life Insurance Financial Advisors ensure that protecting families through high-quality financial services remains our #1 priority. Advisors primarily work in an office environment at least 95% of the time and work with prospects and clients remotely in a consultative selling capacity. There are no in-home visits, no field work, and no outbound or cold calling required in this role.

Work Hours:
Mon-Thu from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ET, and Friday 9 am - 4:00 pm ET. Regular conference calls are scheduled 1-2 mornings per week at 8:15 am ET. Advisors have their evenings, weekends, and holidays off to enjoy with their families.

This is a lucrative six to seven-figure business opportunity unlike any other in the financial service industry. Compensation is 100% commission with opportunities for commission increases based on consistent performance to meet or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Work exclusively with warm, inbound lead prospects, receiving on average 8-15 inbound calls per day, primarily from prospects who already have life insurance, and secondarily, from prospects who are actively shopping for life insurance or seeking service to their current life insurance policy.
Utilize a Client-Centric Approach to Sales and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills for assessing prospects’ financial situations, and health status, identifying their needs, and proposing suitable life insurance solutions while providing exceptional support.
Access the rates of over 40 different life insurance carriers and match prospects and their families to the best options available in the life insurance marketplace.
Utilize consultative selling techniques in conjunction with our proven sales process and scripts to close at a rate of at least 10% of leads and $30,000 in issued premiums per month.
Remain coachable & process-oriented at all times. Your ability to receive coaching with a humble attitude and apply instructions from leadership, including the ability to follow an established sales process, ‘learn by doing’ to master the process, and establish competence through ongoing repetition.
Operate as a supportive, contributing, high-value member of a high-performing sales team where members support one another's success and growth through accountability, collaboration, and information sharing.
Conduct yourself with integrity and in an ethical manner at all times. Adherence to ethical standards of the financial services profession and state licensure, ensuring transparent and honest communication with clients - prioritizing their best interests.
Candidate Qualifications
This is a business opportunity and Financial Advisors are independent contractors. Sales experience may be given some preference but is not required. This is not a job, but rather an opportunity to become a business partner within our agency and eventually, have an agency of your own if that is your goal. Therefore, a reasonable amount of time and financial investment on your part will be required to start. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Meet state licensing requirements including the ability to pass a background check.
Must have the ability to afford or access financing for start-up capital investments.
You must already have obtained, or have the aptitude to pass the Florida State insurance licensing exam to obtain an insurance license ‘2-14 Resident Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) Agent License’ via the Florida Department of Financial Services (2-15 licenses also acceptable).
